The Melon finished 27th on Friday night finishing out the NCWTS season at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The cancellation of qualifying due to rain took the chance away of making the field in the #20 truck that he had practiced all day. Ross was able to run the #93 from another team and with no practice in the truck, Ross had to spend most of the race getting the truck to his liking. Besides a small spin that The Melon had during the race, he ran a very conservative and clean race. The race was shortened due to rain. The entire Ross Chastain Racing team would like to thank all the fans and sponsors for their support as it wouldn't be possible without them. We will be working hard during the off season to get Ross back in the NCWTS next year. Updates coming soon!
